Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing and using the homeharmonyco.store website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which govern all transactions and your use of our service.
1. Product Sales and Representation
A. Product Imagery and Accuracy
We strive for complete accuracy in product representation. However, please note the following:
- Color and Texture: Due to variations in monitor display settings, lighting, and the natural materials used (e.g., in artificial plants, wall paint texture), the color and texture of products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
- Handcrafted Items: Items like vintage design lights and some wall mirrors may be handcrafted, meaning minor, unique imperfections are normal and contribute to the item’s character.
- Measurements: All measurements provided are approximate. You are responsible for ensuring the dimensions of items (like wall mirrors or cushion covers) are suitable for your space before ordering.
B. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold, especially those with limited stock or specific import constraints.
2. Order, Payment, and Cancellation
A. Order Confirmation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we send an email confirmation of shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if payment verification fails, or for any other reason at our discretion.
B. Cash on Delivery (COD)
By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the courier agent upon delivery. Failure to accept or pay for a COD order may result in your account being flagged or restricted from placing future COD orders.
C. Cancellations
You may cancel an order only if the item has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the item is in transit, the order cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under Section 4.
3. Shipping and Risk
A. Packaging and Fragility
We take utmost care in packaging fragile items like wall mirrors and lights. However, the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier.
B. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receiving your delivery, you must inspect the packaging and contents immediately. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the shipment or make a clear note of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt before signing.
C. Delivery Delays
We provide estimated delivery times. We are not liable for any delays that occur after dispatch due to courier issues, weather, customs procedures, or other unforeseen logistical delays.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Damages
A. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are incorrect, defective, or significantly damaged upon arrival.
- The request must be submitted within [7] days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact.
B. Reporting Damage (CRITICAL for Home Décor)
If an item (like a mirror or light fixture) arrives damaged:
- You must notify us immediately (within 24 hours).
- You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and the shipping box.
- We will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
C. Non-Returnable Items
Items are generally not eligible for return based on “change of mind,” or minor variations in color or texture (see Section 1).
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
